When plaintiff sued three defendants—one on a guaranty agreement and two for reimbursement of ad valorem taxes—the defendants counterclaimed on various grounds. The trial court rendered a summary judgment for plaintiff in an instrument which never mentioned the counterclaims as such but concluded, "All relief not expressly granted herein is denied."
