MURPHY, Justice.

When plaintiff sued three defendants—one on a guaranty agreement and two for reimbursement of ad valorem taxes—the defendants counterclaimed on various grounds. The trial court rendered a summary judgment for plaintiff in an instrument which never mentioned the counterclaims as such but concluded, "All relief not expressly granted herein is denied." We must decide whether the court disposed of those counterclaims, because...
