Defendants, Sheridan Point Shopping Plaza Partnership, Ralph Schwartz and Alex Largo, appeal from the trial court's award of $30,000 in punitive damages. They claim that the award is inappropriate as it is based upon a claim for breach of contract and it is excessive. Plaintiffs, Domenic Poeta, David Snider and Fortage, Inc., cross-appeal from the trial court's award of $100 in actual damages...
