This is a suit for deficiency judgment following the repossession and sale of five mobile homes. ITT Commercial Finance Corporation (Lender) sued Richard Riehn, Christina Riehn, and Vicki Leigh Yowell (Debtors) under a financing agreement executed by Ricwell, Inc. (Corporation).
