Plaintiff, Robert I. Lutz, filed a two-count complaint against defendant, Goodlife Entertainment, Inc., d/b/a P.S. Chicago, (hereinafter "Goodlife"), a nightclub in Chicago, seeking damages for injuries he suffered as a result of a criminal attack upon him by an unknown third party while both were customers on defendant's premises.
