KENNEDY, Justice.

Appeal is taken from a final judgment of dismissal. Appellants, Kleberg County Sheriff's Deputies Moseley, Ruiz, Gutierrez, and Gonzales sued Kleberg County (including the county auditor and county judge) for breach of contract, violation of 42 U.S.C. § 1983, conversion, and estoppel.
