Leona and Myrna Folkers entered into a stock share lease agreement on certain farm land with Terry and Diane Britt on November 10, 1979. H.W.G. Folkers acted as agent for this transaction. The lease agreement provided that the Britts were to own all farm machinery outright and to purchase an undivided fifty percent interest in the livestock, other than bulls and boars, and in feed and grain.
