The Respondent, Timothy O'Connor, was charged in an eight count verified complaint for disciplinary action with numerous violations of the Rules of Professional Conduct. The Hearing Officer appointed pursuant to Admission and Discipline Rule 23, after a hearing thereon, tendered his Findings of Facts and Conclusions of Law. Neither party petitioned for review, and, based upon said findings, this Court determined that the Respondent should be disbarred...
