OPINION AND JUDGMENT

CARMAN, Judge:

Plaintiff contests the denial of a protest filed under 19 U.S.C. § 1514(a). This Court has jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1581(a). The Court holds that the merchandise in question is properly classified under 183.05, Tariff Schedules of the United States (TSUS) "Edible preparations not specially provided for (including prepared meals individually packaged)."
