The defendants, Bobby R. Lewis and Russell M. Fraser, appeal separately from a judgment entered on a jury verdict in favor of the plaintiffs, R. Scott Reynolds, Gregory S. Windham, Kenneth Tichansky, and Teresa Scholz, in this action to recover damages for fraud. We affirm in part, but remand the case for a determination as to the question of excessiveness of the damages, in accordance with Hammond v. City of Gadsden, 493...
