The defendants, Bobby R. Lewis and Russell M. Fraser, appeal separately from a judgment entered on a jury verdict in favor of the plaintiffs, R. Scott Reynolds, Gregory S. Windham, Kenneth Tichansky, and Teresa Scholz, in this action to recover damages for fraud.
