Appellant was charged with illegally transporting aliens in violation of 8 U.S.C. § 1324(a)(1)(B). He entered a conditional guilty plea and has taken this appeal. Two issues are raised. One is directed to the taking of videotape depositions of material witnesses who were illegal aliens. The second is a Terry stop issue with the stop made in Albuquerque, New Mexico by an immigration officer...
