This is an action for conversion of gas royalties. Appellants, Willett Wilson, III, Myra Branum Wilson and Dr. E. Shannon Crenshaw sued appellees, United Texas Transmission Company, Inc., and South Gulf Energy, Inc., for recovery of gas royalties.
