The court has previously approved the settlement of this class action. Still pending is the petition for attorney's fees, which are to be paid out of the settlement fund. The class received a base settlement amount of $9,900,000. As of January 31, 1990, the settlement fund also included an additional $600,0001 of interest. The fund has not yet been distributed to the class, apparently...
