The state appeals an order of the trial court which dismissed an information filed against Patricia Parrish and Jacqueline Paige Parrish. The information charged the Parrishes with making false statements on homestead exemption applications, and with grand theft in connection with taxes alleged to be due on property determined ineligible for homestead exemption.
