Plaintiff, Vincent Martin, appeals from the order of the circuit court of Cook County granting defendant Yellow Cab Company's motion for summary judgment and its denial of plaintiff's motion to reconsider. The record reveals that on October 15, 1985, plaintiff was involved in a car accident with defendant Albert Stokes, who was driving a cab owned by Yellow Cab Company...
