American States Insurance Company has moved to dismiss Counts 5-61 of the Consolidated Second Amended Complaint of Maureen and John L. Hoth, pursuant to Rule 12(b)(6), Fed.R.Civ.Pro. Count 5 is John's claim that American States defamed him. Count 6 is his claim that American States invaded his privacy.
