This is an action by employees of the Bedford County Ambulance Service alleging violations of §§ 7 and 8 of the Fair Labor Standards Act (the "Act"), 29 U.S.C. §§ 207, 208; Pub.L.No. 99-150, § 8, 99 Stat. 787, 791 (1985).
