Defendant Jerry Reinhardt was found guilty of trafficking in cocaine, and appeals.

Construed so as to support the verdict, the evidence shows that defendant rented the van in which the contraband was found and paid a friend, Felipe Lopez-Mejia, $2,000 to drive from Ft.
