WILLIAMS, Judge.

Defendant, James V. Haydel, appeals from a jury verdict recognizing plaintiff, Severin N. Goods, as rightful owner of certain shares of stock, and awarding him $75,000.00 for the loss of the dividends thereon. We find that there was insufficient evidence to support the jury's verdict and therefore reverse in part.
