This is an appeal from a judgment of conviction, pursuant to a jury trial, of one count each of sexual assault and preventing or dissuading a witness from appearing in court. NRS 200.366; NRS 199.230. The district court sentenced appellant to serve a term of fifteen years in the Nevada State Prison for the sexual assault and a concurrent term of eight months in the Clark County Detention Center for dissuading a witness from appearing...
