Frederick Burkhardt, appellant, appeals from the trial court's granting of a judgment notwithstanding the verdict in a medical malpractice suit. In a single point of error, appellant contends the trial court erred in granting judgment n.o.v. because the jury's findings of negligence and proximate cause were supported by legally sufficient evidence.
