This is an appeal from a defendant's verdict in a personal injury case. Donald Gerald Rodgers, Georgia Paulette Rodgers, and Eddie A. Crisco, the appellants, contend the trial court erred by not imposing sanctions sufficient to remedy misconduct on the part of counsel for Charles McRaven, Jr., the appellee, and for not granting a new trial on the basis of some of the same alleged incidents of misconduct by counsel.
