T.A.S., a youth, appeals from an order entered January 18, 1990 by the District Court of the Fourth Judicial District, Missoula County. The Youth Court found: (1) that the youth had committed the offense of domestic abuse, a misdemeanor, (2) is ungovernable, and (3) that the youth had violated the terms of his probation.
