JOHN R. BROWN, Circuit Judge:

The Folger Coffee Company (Folger) appeals the district court's grant of summary judgment which upheld an arbitration award in favor of the International Union, United Automobile, Aerospace and Agricultural Implement Workers of America-UAW (Union). We conclude that the arbitration award draws its essence from the collective bargaining agreement and consequently we affirm.
