This case comes to us on appeal from the circuit court of Livingston County. The plaintiff brought a retaliatory discharge action against his former employer, the defendant. The jury found the plaintiff was discharged for dishonesty related to a fraudulent workers' compensation claim. The plaintiff appeals, alleging the jury's verdict is contrary to the manifest weight of the evidence...
