White, as Edward's surviving son, (the Whites), brought suit in the state court of Arizona against the Celotex Corporation and a variety of other manufacturers, miners, importers, converters, compounders, retailers, sellers, or distributors of asbestos and products containing asbestos, (the Defendants).
