This is before the court by petition for writ of certiorari to review the circuit court's denial of attorney's fees on appeal.

The circuit court departed from the essential requirements of law by refusing to award attorney's fees to the petitioner. Respondent agreed to pay attorney's fees in the event it breached the lease. The county court awarded damages for breach of the lease to the lessor, which was affirmed on appeal to the circuit court...
