Defendant-appellant, Timothy D. Prahin, was convicted of speeding, in violation of Neb.Rev.Stat. § 39-662(2)(f) (Reissue 1988), and of possessing a controlled substance (cocaine) with the intent to deliver same, in violation of Neb.Rev.Stat. § 28-416(l)(a) (Cum.Supp.1988).
