This appeal is from an order, dated October 11, 1989, granting appellee's motion for summary judgment. Appellant, National Union Fire Insurance Company, argues that the court below erred in: (1) granting appellee's motion; and (2) amending its order on November 21, 1989 to include attorneys' fees.
