Redfish Bay Terminal, Inc., appellee, brought suit against Ingleside Properties, Inc., appellant, for rentals due under a ten-year lease agreement. A jury found Ingleside liable for accumulated rentals under the lease. The jury also found in favor of appellant on its counterclaim that Redfish had intentionally interfered with their sublessee, Dowell-Schlumberger.
