EDMONDS, Judge.
Defendant appeals his conviction for possession of a controlled substance, ORS 475.992(1), asserting that the trial court erred in upholding the stop of an automobile in which he was a passenger and in finding that defendant had voluntarily consented to the search of his person after the stop.
