This is an appeal by Sharon Little from a final order of the Circuit Court of Marion County dated August 22, 1989. The appellant contends that the trial court erred by: 1) denying her a jury trial, 2) refusing to order a conveyance of four acres of land to which she contends she is entitled, and 3) failing to award her adequate damages for the value of improvements she placed on the four-acre tract.
