OPINION

HUSPENI, Judge.

The automobile in which respondent Amy May was a passenger was rear-ended by an automobile driven by respondent Charles Strecker who earlier had been drinking at appellant E.J.'s, Inc. bar. The action arising out of this incident was tried to a jury which returned a verdict finding E.J.'s 25% negligent and Charles Strecker 75% negligent. Amy May was awarded $445,227 in damages. E.J.'s motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict...
