MOON, Judge.

Kenneth W. Mullins appeals an Industrial Commission decision denying him benefits for an injury he sustained on the employer's premises while playing basketball before work. We affirm the decision of the Industrial Commission because we find, as a matter of law, that the injury did not arise out of the employment.
