Two defendants convicted on various counts related to trafficking in counterfeit watches appeal their convictions. One defendant contends that the court's jury instruction so misstated the law that it was plainly in error, and the other contends that (1) the evidence was insufficient to support his conviction on two counts and (2) the government was required to produce the actual watches sold as the best evidence that the defendants...
