OPINION

This represents an appeal as a matter of right by Melvin L. Hailey from his conviction by the Shelby County Criminal Court affirming a jury verdict finding the defendant guilty of driving while intoxicated, reckless driving and vehicular homicide. For his conviction of driving while intoxicated, the trial court sentenced appellant to serve eleven months and twenty-nine days in the local workhouse, and imposed a fine of $775.00. For...
