Tyrone Briggs appeals from his conviction for multiple counts of robbery, attempted robbery, assault, and attempted rape. A deadly weapon allegation accompanied each count. Briggs alleges that he did not receive a fair trial because of juror misconduct. We agree and reverse and remand for a new trial.
