General Dynamics Corporation ("General Dynamics") has petitioned this Court pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 1963(l)(2) to modify its Final Decree of Forfeiture (the "Decree") entered April 7, 1989 by ordering that $5,087,938.00 of the funds of George G. Davis ("Davis") declared forfeit by that Decree, plus interest thereon, is the property of General Dynamics.
