In this chapter 11 case, Tidewater Memorial Hospital, Inc., debtor-in-possession, objected to the proof of claim of David H. Taylor, M.D. A hearing was held on the objection at which the Court received evidence and heard testimony of Dr. Taylor and also of Louise Osborne, who was the hospital's president during the period involved in the controversy and who negotiated a contract between the parties...
