This appeal, however, stems not from this judgment, but from a subsequent district court1 order, dated April 11, 1988, denying attachment of, and execution upon, defendants' property pursuant to the judgment. Plaintiffs argue they are entitled to execution under the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act (FSIA), 28 U.S.C. §§ 1602, et seq...
