After an ore tenus proceeding, the Circuit Court of Tallapoosa County entered a divorce decree and ordered a division of the parties' property. Joy M. (Goree) Dark was awarded $5,386, the amount withdrawn from her teacher's retirement fund for the benefit of both parties, and $25,000 in attorney's fees. Robert W.
