DOOLEY, Justice.

Defendant appeals his conviction of sexual assault pursuant to 13 V.S.A. § 3252(1)(C). He raises two errors on appeal: (1) that the doctor's hearsay account of the victim's version of events was erroneously presented to the jury over defendant's objection; and (2) that the trial court committed reversible error by permitting the State to present evidence that defendant had injected cocaine hours before the sexual assault.
