OPINION

NYE, Chief Justice.

A jury found appellant Carlos Alberto Oviedo guilty of the offense of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, to wit: cocaine. The jury assessed punishment at ninety-nine years' confinement in the Texas Department of Corrections, plus a $20,000.00 fine, together with all costs of court. By two points of error, appellant urges that his warrantless arrest was unlawful and the cocaine obtained was erroneously admitted...
