This supplemental garnishment action arises from a personal injury action that was tried to a jury beginning in January 1985. See Balder v. Haley, 399 N.W.2d 77 (Minn.1987). The trial court concluded that appellant Midwest Family Mutual Insurance Company was liable for interest on the entire judgment and granted summary judgment in favor of judgment creditors Michael and Zita Balder and intervenor...
