In the course of the investigation of a robbery committed at about 7:10 A.M. on November 25, 1986 in the City of Albany, Officer Kenneth Dittmer of the Albany Police Department was advised of the presence of a white Cadillac at the scene at the time of the reported crime. Shortly thereafter, Dittmer observed a white Cadillac parked on a nearby street which a motor vehicle check disclosed carried a license plate that did not belong to the vehicle...
