Plaintiff and defendant Maresh (defendant) were parties to an agreement whereby the former was the purchaser of the latter's interest in a taxi cab. Plaintiff failed to make required payments, and defendant retook possession of the cab. Plaintiff brought this action, inter alia, for "trover" and breach of contract. The trial court granted defendant's motion for summary judgment and entered judgment for him on plaintiff's claims...
