HODGES, Justice.

Daren Knowles (plaintiff) was severely injured while "riding" a moving pump jack on an oil well as a trespasser on defendants' lease. At the time of the incident, plaintiff was 12 years and 3 months old. Plaintiff's father brought this action against defendants seeking damages for personal injuries, based on the theory of attractive nuisance.
