This is an employment termination case in which the employee, Dean A. Hanson, a Madison bus driver, claims that he was denied due process of law because of the failure of his employer, Madison Service Corporation (MSC), to provide him with constitutionally required pre- and post-termination hearings. Hanson appeals from an order overturning a jury verdict, which found that he had not received an adequate pretermination hearing, and refusing to reconsider...
