Claimant was employed by Holmes Transportation as a truck driver. As part of his duties, claimant loaded trucks at the Holmes terminal in the City of Albany and drove to the customer's business, where he unloaded the cargo. In January 1985, while he was undergoing treatment for hypertension by Dr. Mary Rappazzo, claimant renewed his Federally required certificate of medical fitness.
