William Ellwood Roberts, Jr., Ernest Delano Thompson and Thurmon Carroll Mott were convicted by a jury of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute marijuana in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846, possession with intent to distribute marijuana in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1), and travel in interstate commerce to facilitate an unlawful activity in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1952.
