Cooper appeals pro se the district court's grant of summary judgment in favor of the defendants in this action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. We reverse.

Cooper's complaint alleged that he had been arrested in violation of his Fourteenth Amendment constitutional rights "on or about October 11, 1984."
